Whole-Home Renovation

This extensive home renovation involved a major transformation of the existing layout, finishes, and mechanical systems. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, renovation of an existing bathroom, construction of an additional new bathroom, structural modifications, window replacement, new doors, and a comprehensive electrical upgrade throughout the home.

One of the biggest changes was opening the kitchen and adjoining living space to create a more functional open-concept layout. Existing walls were removed and properly supported with new LVL beams, dramatically improving the flow of the home and creating a brighter, more spacious main living area. The kitchen was rebuilt with new cabinetry, finishes, lighting, and updated electrical service designed for modern appliances and everyday use.

The bathroom work included a complete renovation of the existing space along with the construction of an additional bathroom. New tile flooring, tiled shower surrounds, custom shower niches, fixtures, and updated electrical were incorporated to create clean, durable, modern spaces.

Additional structural work was completed to relocate the basement stairs and improve the overall layout of the home. Four windows were replaced, new French doors were installed, and the electrical system received significant upgrades, including dedicated circuits for the kitchen countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, bathrooms, and new lighting throughout the residence.

From demolition and structural modifications to cabinetry, tile, electrical, doors, windows, and finish work, this project required careful coordination across nearly every part of the home. The finished result is a more open, functional, and modern living space built to serve the homeowners for years to come.
